President of the United States of America Donald Trump and his wife, first lady Melania Trump have both tested positive to the deadly coronavirus, the president made this announcement on Twitter early Friday.
Trump’s test results came out hours after the White house confirmed that senior aide Hope Hicks had contacted the virus after traveling severally with the president.
74 years old Trump was also announced to be at a higher risk of having serious complications from the deadly virus that has killed over 200,000 people in America.
Tonight, @FLOTUS and I tested positive for COVID-19. We will begin our quarantine and recovery process immediately. We will get through this TOGETHER!” Trump tweeted.
The President also announced that himself and first lady Melania Trump has already begun quarantine process.
