Prsesident Muhammadu Buhari has finally cowed in and asked for the forgiveness of Nigerians for the overt inhumane experiences under his administration.
The recent uproar by the youths and social restiveness has pushed the president to appeal with members of his cabinet to return to their constituent areas and dialogue with the people and seek the people’s understanding.
The minister of Information, Mr Lai Mohammed, who represented the president in a town hall meeting i Illorin, Kwara State, pleaded with members of the public and traditional rulers. His words per Vanguard: ”Bear with us 8f we have not done enough”, were aimed at pacifying the people for the seemingly misadministration and mismanagement that has lingered under the current administration
Mallam Lai Mohammed in the usual blame game of the APC led government, blame the shrink in revenue resources available to the administration as well as previous administration for the current challenges.
