A 33years operative of Department of State Security DSS was killed by kidnappers, Sadiq Abdullahi Bindawa, despite receiving ₦5million as ransom, in Katsina state. The late Bindawa was killed after the kidnappers collected the ransom of ₦5million from his family.
His corps was later found in Kurfi town on Sunday morning. According to reports, Bindawa was trail to his house where he was kidnapped and taken away ,his family was later contacted and negotiation ensued which ended up reaching an agreement with the kidnappers demanding for a ransom of ₦5million.
The money was gathered by friends and relatives and given to kidnappers but Bindawa’s corps was later found. He has been buried according to Islamic rites.
