Buhari Calls On Youth To End Protest
President of Nigeria, Muhammadu Buhari has called on the EndSARS protesters to end their protests as their voices has been heard and actions are being taken.
He issued this statement on his nationwide broadcast where he addressed the nation on various situations at hand.
In his words,
I therefore call on our youths to discontinue the street protests and constructively engage government in finding solutions. Your voice has been heard loud and clear and we are responding.
In addition to his speech president Buhari warned the youths protesting over police brutality especially SARS, not to take the laws into their hands, and also issued warning to the international community to gets their facts right before jumping into conclusion and and making hasty pronouncements
